How the Family Tree Commission Works
We have a two-tier commission structure
- 5% will be rewarded for the referring Affiliate for every transaction the Affiliate they referred generates.
For example:
- If Affiliate ‘A’ refers Affiliate ‘B’ to the program, every time Affiliate ‘B’ generates a transaction. Affiliate ‘A’ will receive a 5% commission

Will I still get a commission if the customer I referred repurchase again in the future?
No, there is a cap of 1 commission per referral.
Will I still get a commission each month from the subscription if the customer I referred purchase a monthly subscription?
No, you will only get the first month’s order commission.
Will I get a commission if the person I referred already referred by another ambassador or affiliate in the past that purchased?
No, there is no double commission on the same referral
What if someone returns or refunds - and commission is paid out already - how does it work?
All the open/future transactions are void until the lost commissions/fees associated with the locked transaction are recovered.
How do I get paid?
Affiliates will be paid out by a third party (ShareASale). Please contact ShareASale directly if you have any questions regarding signing up and setting up.
Is the commission percentage based on the total cost of the sale?
No, commission is calculated off the sub-amount (Price after discount and before shipping and taxes)
How often are the commissions paid out?
Commissions are paid out on the 20th of the month for the prior month’s commission. How long it takes for the money to be deposited to you depends on the third-party’s payment system. Any other questions regarding payment, please contact ShareASale.
Before promoting, please be aware of the following regulations:
- Ambassadors/Affiliates are NOT permitted to use ANY Smartvita photos in their promotions without written permission from Smartvita.
- Ambassadors/Affiliates can NOT run ads on Google Adwords (or any Google property), bid on “Smartvita” branded keywords, use the term “Smartvita” in any PPC ads,
- Ambassadors/Affiliates are not permitted to use any terminology in ads or landing pages that are similar to “scam” or “fraud.”
- Ambassadors/Affiliates must NEVER use any images or videos that they do not explicitly own, and are forbidden from using any imagery that would imply any endorsement without written consent from the appropriate parties.
- Ambassadors/Affiliates are forbidden from creating webpages, social media pages or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of Smartvita products. Any review page and all creative contained therein must include the word ‘REVIEW’ in the title, the url and any graphics used in the cover image or profile image. This includes blogs, webpages, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or ANY OTHER online entity whether or not it is considered to be “social media”.
- Smartvita uses a third-party payment vendor. Hence there are transaction fees for processing payments. These payments will be passed onto the affiliates as a deduction from the commission.
- Ambassadors/Affiliates may not bypass Smartvita pages to generate orders. In other words, no direct linking to cart or order forms from any ads or landing pages. The customer must see our offer as presented by us prior to landing on the cart.
- Smartvita Ltd. has the right to refuse payment of commissions if Smartvita suspects suspicious activities, illegal activities, improper representation of our brand, violation of any of our policies, terms of services and conditions, and any other reasons that Smartvita deems responsible.
- Smartvita is not responsible for the ambassador(s), affiliate(s) and the referrals actions. Therefore, claims or lawsuit cannot be made against Smartvita relating to the ambassador, affiliates, referrals and/or anything resulting from their action(s) and/or inaction(s)
- Smartvita uses a third-party vendor for our ambassador and affiliate program. Therefore, Smartvita is not responsible for anything related to the third-party vendor.
