When is the best time to take Smartvita Products?
Depending on which supplement you select and your daily routine, you may choose to take your Smartvita products at various times throughout the day. However, each Smartvita products contain directions for use on the label. Should you have any questions regarding product use, please contact our consumers care team for more information.

When will my shipment arrive?
Our goal is to ship all new order within 48 business hours of confirmation of the order. Note, if you order on a Friday, this means most likely your order will go out by the following Monday.
Depending on where you are, weather conditions and other factors this timetable may vary slightly.
For consumers with a membership for a subscription to automatic monthly orders – A few days prior to the anniversary of your first confirmed order, we will ship subsequent monthly orders. This way you will never run out.
How does the monthly membership work?
When you choose any monthly membership subscription you will automatically be sent your products on the monthly anniversary of your initial order. This means you never have to worry about running out!
You can pause or cancel any part of your subscription at any time.
Are Smartvita products vegan and gluten-free?
Virtually all of our products are vegan and gluten-free. We recommend you check each ingredient panel if you have a specific known allergy.
Do your vitamins contain dairy, gluten, nuts or sugar?
Nope!
How and where should I store my vitamins?
Keep your bottle in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Cabinets, pantries, and counters are great! Leave it in a place that reminds you to take your vitamins each day to stay on track.
Where are Smartvita supplements made?
We source our raw ingredients from the best, most reputable providers in the world. Unlike most supplements, we use brand name providers and in many cases patented ingredients.
Our manufacturing facilities are throughout Canada in state-of-the-art facilities which are cGMP compliant and adhere to all best practices in dietary supplement manufacturing.
Are Smartvita supplements FDA approved?
By law, the FDA does not approve dietary supplements. However, they do regulate both dietary supplements and dietary ingredients.
We follow what the FDA established for dietary supplements in 2007 called “current Good Manufacturing Practice” (cGMP) regulations requiring that manufacturers evaluate their products through testing identity, purity, strength, and composition. We not only tested for stability with our manufacturers, but also did 3rd-party testing for potency of active ingredients, adulterants like heavy metals and microbes, allergens, rancidity and other unwanted contaminants. This is a designation offered by the FDA for manufacturing facilities which have passed rigorous testing.
Can I take Smartvita products when I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
If pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a healthcare professional before using the products.
What kind of testing do you do on your products?
Every batch of our products is first tested for identity, purity, strength, and composition. Then, we take it a step further and have a 3rd party test to make sure that our active ingredients are potent and that our capsule is tested to ensure heavy metals, microbes, allergens, and other contaminants are below measurable levels. When you read our label, you know exactly what’s going in your body.
What is your return policy?
We don’t accept returns for opened products because we don’t re-stock them. In order to keep the products safe and secure, we cannot accept any returns.
Can I change or cancel my order?
It’s always best to provide as much advance notice as possible – just reach out to our consumer care team and we will do everything we can to help.
Note: Refunds are not guaranteed in the event that we are not able to stop a shipment in time.
Can I change my address after the order has been placed?
We don’t have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing. The reason for this is because the demand for fast shipping is huge, which means that a sacrifice with the grace period for editing orders has to be made. In order for the warehouse to do that, they roll your order out to the distribution floor right away and absolutely do not allow consumer care to edit anything.
Consumer care is not able to control what information consumers put into that form, so please be sure to review your info before submitting the order. Don’t rush!
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account and click on “Subscriptions.” Then select the product you want to cancel your subscription to and click on cancel. Note: If you do not cancel the subscription before the product is shipped out, you will be charged accordingly.
How come my discount code does not carry forward each month for my subscription order?
If you have a special discount code and you sign up for a subscription using that special discount code, you will only get the discount on the first month you signed up for the subscription. The following month, the subscription will be at original subscription price.
